    Jammed, videos kept repeating and repeating themselves and then bogged. And the app shut down, couldn't accumulate points

    I had the same problem yesterday although I did not contact support. I don't think I was even able to find a support link. My steps were counting and I could take photos in the app but that was all I could do. Things resolved today.
