Spaghetti bolognese

Hello! I'm Italian. For pasta alla bolognese, I use to "fry" chopped carrots, celery and onion in a little bit of oil in a pan. Then, I add minced meat (veal or veal and pork mixed), then tomato sauce🥫 and if you like a lot of chopped basil. 

If you can buy peeled tomatoes in can, you can smash it into the minced meat and you have the real Italian tomatoes directly from our nonna 👵
