We receive cost of living increases twice a year and then merit increase annually (if there is room in the payband). Definitely doesn't come close to covering inflation rising.

#9 Our labor union made a deal that we get about 5% more recently. But the inflation was 8% in one year and about 3 to 5 in the next year.
