    Did you get any message when you tries to redeem? If so then contact customer service.. They are the only one that can explain why..

    Befits work cuz I'd claim 3x then after that it won't work until now

    They reply and ask for the picture which is I already did 3x but after sending they don't reply any more.

    Just be patient.. they are very slow with response. It took them two months to unlocked my account.

    I have never tried to cash out for a Tim's card before. I always get Amazon ones and it goes smoothly.
