Customer service is not easy.

The customer service/ support team will reply to you. However, in my experience, they only tell you that the system error happened and they would try to improve but they won't give you back your rewards even though you provided all needed evidence. Good luck!

The best way is to put in a work order. They have solved my issues. Go to Notice and it is the bottom notice. It will explain the process of contacting support.

After submitting a ticket they customer support contacts you. At least in my experience.
