My rewards stop activated, last credit card not allowed to issue from sep.07.2024 when pressed ,order still processing.can you help

    I'm having the same issue, had a gift card ordered almost 14 days ago and still processing... Also sent two emails to customer support, one 7 days ago and one yesterday, and haven't heard anything from them yet.
