Any 💡's why? I'm trying to redeem my points for rewards for the 100th time, just kidding I don't know how many times but I've redeemed numerous times. But all of a sudden I want to redeem again and I have over 4,200 points but it's showing me unexpected error (code 212)

Anyone out there have an idea (💡) why this is happening and I've tried to reach out through email but still no response.

I am having the same issue. I have over 58000 coins and have tried redeeming them but can't. I've already lost over 30000 for expired points due to system issues. I am no longer satisfied with this application and will be deleting it.
