Why someone need only 2,000 coins to redeem the prizes while mine required for 4,000 coins, can anyone tell me or help me solve the problem!!

I was kind of wondering the same thing why some 2000 bitcoin over others 4000. If interested in free bitcoin mining cloud mining the best app there is also including any parts that you buy for mining are for life not any contracts check it out cheers.
