Suspended account from 2 weeks

My Cashwalk account has been suspended for no clear reason, and despite trying to contact support, I still haven’t received a real solution. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to loyal users who simply want to use the app normally.

I’m asking the Cashwalk team to fix my suspended account immediately and provide a clear explanation.
