Chinese dumplings

I live in an area that does not have many restaurants. One thing that I miss often since moving here is Chinese restaurants. I have learned how to make a few of my favourite dishes to satisfy my cravings. I use square wonton wrappers instead of the round ones that are traditionally used for dumplings because I am able to buy them at my local grocery store.
