Still can't redeem my 10,000 points. The app won't send me a text message so I can verify myself, This app is pissing me off!!

Usually it's that either you need to walk more or that they jumped the redeem price

I've never had a problem apart from when they changed the points needed

It will be happened sometimes, but it can restore to normal within one or two days.
