    I'm at 12 days of 10k steps for this challenge and had a few days I was over 15k.

    Since I can't use my watch to count steps right now and have to use my phone, I'm not getting as much, sadly. I wish they would update the app.

    20. 230K so far. Will probably hit 300K before June.

    Pretty consistent with my steps, but it's been pouring the last few days so it's harder.

    I only really ever get them on days I work though it's really never much compared to others. I should really get out more. I mostly ride my bike.

    Thank you, they said from time to time there may be a glitch that does that. I also told them that my watch tracks my steps and it shows I get twice as many steps as this app and they said that most smart watches use a different set up. I mean how different can it be? A step is a step is a step.

    Well fitbits mostly track movement. My samsung galaxy watch I use for steps and water logging and my fitbit I use for heart monitoring and sleep tracking. so I am wearing two watches during the day and I get asked why a lot at work when I do lol

    It's done that a couple times to me as well. They really need to fix the app. Sometimes I am not able to collect the points earned.
    I can't even find a place to contact support
  • They keep ripping me off. I should have gotten 32 points today yet after collecting my total stayed the same.

    Saw your other comment saying you don't know where to contact them. Go to home then the three lines at the top. Then press the settings button at the top right and scroll down to the button that says contact us.
