We decided to try something new tonight. We did our own take on chicken parmesan. We ground up the boudin sourdough slices for the bread crumbs and added garlic and oregano. The chicken was marinated in lemon juice. The topping is actually mozzarella cheese. I just put the sauce on the fettuccini and had a blue cheese salad on the side.
