I used to have a specific fear of crickets. Even the sound of them Petrified me. One day I prayed and asked God to deliver me from that fear and He did. I still don't particularly like them, but they don't make my heart race and leave me standing on a table crying anymore.

Some use glue mouse traps and wait until insects crawl into it. That way, there won't be dead insects all over the place.
