I felt frustracing today... I especially took a leave for an F2F appointment in the outpatient department today. However, I got a call from the doctor while I was on the way to the hospital. He said today's should be a phone appointment. After getting off the call, I spent an extra hour back home and waiting for his call as my network wasn't good, he couldn't hear very well.

    Why not stay at the hospital and use their WIFI?
    It states that she was on her way to the hospital when she received the call. She wasn't there yet. Also, I'd hate waiting at a hospital for an hour, especially if I didn't have to. But that's just me...
