Loading PayPal in general or this app? This app is only gift cards. To load in general, you go into places like drugstores (CVS for example) and at the register, you tell the cashier you want to liad a card. Minimum is $20. You pay whatever you want to load plus the processing fee of $4.95 and the money will automatically be on the card.
