Sesame chicken is a classic! I've got a simple recipe for you: marinate chicken breasts in a mix of soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch, then coat with a mixture of sesame seeds, flour, and spices. Fry until crispy, then toss in a sauce made from hoisin, soy, and rice vinegar, topped with more sesame seeds and scallions - serve over rice and enjoy!
