    Often We "medicate" ourselves with sugary things, that is we eat it to distract us for boredom or sadness or something. I try to limit my indulgences by swapping for low-sugar options especially if I already had something sweet during the day

    Drinking lots of water and having a positive mindset definitely help! However, it is hard to ditch sugar when you are studying. 😂
