One day at a time

The last few days I am trying to do one or two things to get myself back on track with my health. Any tips?

      I agree with Rosaria. Set reasonable goals and create new ones as you complete ones.

    Since I download that app I walk more often. Even want to go out. Book holidays that is bigger motivation to loose some kilos.

    Increase your water intake. Increase the amount of water you drink daily until you're able to drink a set amount everyday.

    M1 Take a walk on your lunch. Doesn't have to be far or fast, but build the habit.

    If you are trying to get back and shape do it in small steps. As you get better at the small workout activities you can go long and lift more weight
