So it' aPhone call to redeem points and not a text ? 

That is inconvenient since these verification calls are all flagged as potential

    Nothing happens after this. No number to call. No one calling to send the code either. Can you send a number to call? Thanks

      You need to hit “get code” and they will call you with the code . you have to enter that code on your keypad followed by # sign.

      I finally had luck. I went to my phone keypad and punched in the number they gave me and it finally worked. Took about two days.

    Which keypad? phone or app or both? # is not appearing on the app. you have to write down 6 digit in 5 seconds. Super stressful and I couldn’t do

      Hi! Have you heard back from them? How do you contact Support? I would like to redeem for the Wood, but it doesn’t seem possible. When you hit to get coat button, it takes you away from the screen, but you have to enter the code that you get. And if you’d like to go back your as a page where you have to redeem again. What the heck is going on with this app?

    Hello! I’m having the same problem. I click on the gate code and I get a phone call. Give me a number but I don’t know what to enter it. I tried my phone keypad, but evidently that’s not working and you can’t get back to the screen where you should probably enter it. What in the world is going on with this app?
