So it' aPhone call to redeem points and not a text ? 
That is inconvenient since these verification calls are all flagged as potential

I’m having the same issue redeeming. I get the code then I go back to key pad and lose it and have to start all over again. This has been going on for 3 days

Same for me. I cannot confirm my account with the phone call and I cannot confirm my account with text message. So I cannot redeem🤔🥴

Hello! I’m having the same problem. I click on the gate code and I get a phone call. Give me a number but I don’t know what to enter it. I tried my phone keypad, but evidently that’s not working and you can’t get back to the screen where you should probably enter it. What in the world is going on with this app?

What is also bothering me is my 3,000pts reward options are locked and it's forcing me to go for 6,000 ots at a minimum before redeeming. I have already had 6 previous cash outs so I dunno why I need to unlock the lowest level reward.

The phone call thing has been going on for a couple of months now. There is only so much "security" measures that makes sense before the multiple layers makes running the app impossible.
