Can't Redeem

No matter how many times I  have tried. I am unable to redeem my points and loses them. I get a turn off VPN notifications. I turn it off and loose access to Cashwalk. I am wondering if this really a valid app that I  have referred to other teachers.  I deserve to be able to redeem my point!

    This app is legitamate I've used it for years and have redeemed tons of times I'm not sure what your having trouble but reach out to support they'll help they are very responsive and they'll get you settled also do the challenges at the bottom of the screen you'll see a box for them just simply post 3 pics a day  and earn 500coins after 5posts
