Was this your first redemption? Or have you recently changed devices or phone number, etc? I don't think it would nessarily be related to an esim....I have used this app appx 4 years and have redeemed almost $300 worth of GCs....I've changed devices numerous times and carriers (physical sims) with no issues. I literally just changed to a Samsung 3 weeks ago and I hate the phone so I bought an unlocked Motorola and switched carriers and to an esim on my new phone....no issues....but I have always kept my same phone number over the years.....I also was possibly thinking perhaps it could be related to ur data and wifi settings? VPN? I know that my wifi blocks way too many apps I use so I have to turn my wifi off and use cellular data when accessing those specific ones....I know sometimes that these apps need to be able to track you and get suspicious if the slightest thing is off.....but anyways Im sure support can help....they are usually pretty responsive....GL
