Ok so I just signed up two days ago a few things 

  • it's not accurately tracking my steps so far missed out on 2,000 steps. 
  • it takes steps down to zero hmm
  • Get stuck on some stupid add for a game or another app and does not let me exit out of it and gets stuck. 
  • So far not a great app experience may delete unless I get help to fix these glitches.

    Take screenshots and post them here.
Keep the photos of your errors so they can fix it one day, also keep the photos of all your earnings so they can redeem them eventually. Check my post, it's happening to me as well
