Lost account and lack of support to restore old account

I had to get a new phone and when I went to log in, it gave me a new account. The account is an Apple ID that doesn't have an email that is linked to me. I lost a gift card for $15 and about 20000 points to trade in for a new gift card. I've emailed. I've sent a multiple messages for support through the app like I was told to do from the email message. This is ridiculous. I've recommended people to use this app and if this can't be resolved I won't do it anymore.
