Verification call, not working

I finally got a resolution by the Customer Support Team. They said that IOS updates have installed spam call blockers or unknown numbers blocking. This is caused the verification code phone calls to be blocked. Go to your blocked numbers. Look for 
201-350-5791 or 620-604-8494 and unblock it. 

I've been having the same issue for 2 weeks. I don't get a phone call with a code so I can't verify my account to get my gift card. I emailed customer service and they responded. They requested screenshots of the problem.
