I cannot redeem my my points every time I verify my phone number and no one called me to give me the code there is any other option I can do

    It was so easy before now. I don’t know why they are making it so complicated before I used to put my phone to verify my account and they send me a code. They text it to me right away and I put it in and I redeem my points. Hope they can change it to an easier way to do it.
