Looks like we’re starting to take my points all over again we’re having this problem again

two years ago my parts were missing. I was told that it's registered under two email addresses. They told me to log out of the one that I didn't want and log only in one email address well I've been logging in one email just for two years now and today it asked me to login I logged in with that same email address I've been using all along and even when the problem started two years ago so here we are starting all over again I'm missing points. I had about 13,000 points now I have 100. What's going on this is my last chance that I'm gonna be doing this. I'm gonna see if you're gonna give me my point back and then I'll just find another that I hope you don't take as long as you did before to return my 13,000 ports.
