I'm trying to claim a card then it's saying I have to verify my account when it already is

Same thing I can’t redeem my rewards.

It’s a pretty new feature. Most like to make sure it’s not a bot or something. I just learned though that my phone automatically silents unknown numbers. So I couldn’t verify. Once I figured that out I added their automated number to my phone. Now when I verify I can actually put in the code and press # like it asks you to do in order to verify you’re real.
