Steps from watch not crossing over to app

So my watch is allegedly compatible with the app, however, it's not syncing up. 

 

I've restarted the app and my watch and rechecked my Bluetooth. 

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

    I don't have suggestions, just want to say I'm having the exact same problem. I only joined yesterday & it's showing no steps whatsoever.

    What watch do you have? I have an Apple Watch and I was told Cashwalk does not support smart watch yet. So without my phone with me no steps are counted.
