Do I always have to click on the chest to collect points? Or will it automatically be added to my account?

    Yes make sure to click on the chest to collect points, I remember in the beginning where I forgot a couple times.

    You have to tap the chest for every coin you collect. So if the chest has a red circle in the upper right corner that says 6, you'll have to tap 6 times to collect the 6 coins. They go bye bye if you don't tap them.

    Ok thank you! Does the app always have to be open for it to register the steps? Or can I just check the app at the end of the day to collect what I have walked that day?

    As long as you have wifi/data on for it to start counting steps you don't have to open the app. You can even turn off the wifi/data later on and it'll continue counting steps/collecting coins in the chest. You will need to turn wifi/data on to tap collect all the coins though.
