    Did you contact them thru support?   Cause you comments here every 5 minutes isn't going to get their attention.  
I have to verify my number every time I redeem.   Are you using a new number since you lost your other?

      Yes I emailed cashwalk three times my girl emailed them once I am using a new phone number. I provided that info I first started my account with an Galaxy s9 phone damaged the SD card holder then went to iPhone 8 plus that phone was stolen in Bronx NY. Afterward I went on to use a pixel 7 phone which is where I am now. The app worked on my iPhone now it doesn't work on the pixel at all just as a step counter that's it it will not allow me to purchase any gift card. It keeps telling me that mobile number has already been verified. It lists the amount of my coins after walking for months as over 15,000.
