I've only ever earned coins from the scratch game and visiting websites. I do play games through my Fetch app, and have done pretty good through there.
How do you earn coins while playing games? That doesn't seem to be happening for me.

Yeah, I only play the scratch Lottery game - maybe you get 25 coins a day with it (with ads every 5 coins....).
