You should be redeeming the coins on your lockscreen. Every 100 steps = 1 coin... but it's not automatically added, you have to click the treasure chest on your lock screen
It says I need at least 500 coins from walking to cash out. How do I know how many coins I made walking?

Jenny I am doing that hence why I have 3800 coins. However when I click on rewards and try to redeem by getting an Amazon cards, it says I need 500 walking coins first
