This happened to me. I contacted them through settings. It took ages to get back and I became demotivated but one day they appeared back approx 4 weeks later
Anyone else having issues with missing steps I had 6000 and all of a sudden they just disappeared that's not fair I worked hard on that is there any way of getting that back?

Yes and had almost 5000 points had to restart my phone and lost them all
