It's normal to start puppy love around 13-14 but if really dating i think 16-17 is better

i would say 16... before that age they are really too young

Around 17-18 I think. It is important for them to be mature and to make sure that they will be able to be with someone that can be good for a potential love relationship. It is a bad idea for young poeple to date, since they are not mature enough and can be manipulated easily, which can be very dangerous for their well being.

That's such a tough 1 , I raised boys and I wanted them to be old enuff to protect the girl some1 entrusted them too and now I have a girl and I have to teach her to defend herself and not rely on any1 to do that for her so maybe 30?
