I never has this problem. Try again, reinstall app...i don't know. Or contact with support.
Ive tried to verify my account and get a message that it's already verified however I can't process a reward. Any suggestions?

Content support is a great way to start sometime. You have to wait for the four digit number to refresh itself as well on the second step.
