Ah that's because you also have to be in a calorie deficit at least a little bit to see results too. Or maybe your gaining muscle mass. The number on the scale isn't that important

Thanks girl! I really appreciate that! I've definitely walked my butt off this month! Thus far anyways - the month ain't over yet, lol! Heck I actually just looked at my "Trends" tab to see how far I've walked so far for the month and it says 82.2 miles! And like I said, the month ain't quite over yet! But thanks for the kind words! It definitely makes me feel good and makes me want to keep pushing on further and harder!
