      It's the 4 digit code that appears and disappears with yellow background white numbers

      I was and before I got to the second digit it would switch. It's slowed down now and I was able to redeem

    Oh that code 4 digits you have to wait a moment it often refreshes to give a new code use the 2nd set of digits when redeeming!

    I contacted them and now the redeeming code is a tad slower so I was able to type it in now and redeemed. Yay! This app is great I was worried it became a Scam but it's not. Im using iphone. I heard android platform much better for this app. Anyway happy stepping!!!
