Im yet to hear anything back from so ive come here do get this taking care of i cant get the support to email me back and am very upset.
Its not aollowing to redeem my new Amazon gift card ive never had a problem before and not sure whats going can you help me please.

Once happens to me too and I try to switch internet connection with wi-fi... But i don't know of Is the same situation as yours

I'm the same as previous comment. Never had a problem if turned WiFi off but that's the only suggestion I have I'm afraid

I redeemed 2 days ago and not ready to do another yet so I can't say if there's an issue. I hope you get it fixed.
