Wish I could, I was walking 12-15 k a day. But since my costochondritis kicked in 2 months ago some days it hurts to get in 5000. 🥺
Yesterday I got in 8500. By the end of the day my ribs hurt just walking 200 feet.😢
Looking for a chiropractor today as mine is on maternity leave until the end of the month.
Happy 😊 for her, sad 😿 for me.
I'm still pushing forward, but having to take heating pad breaks to calm it down.
I can't wait to get back to my long walks!
