When I put my phone number in it says my phone has already been verified and that's it .... why can't I actually redeem the card

Mine has been resetting my steps all day today. It'll reach between 40-50 steps, then reset to zero.

    I don’t know how to o c cac intact a as by one either. I redeemed two gift cards but won’t bring up where I can get my card to see the number like it used to.

    I'm still having that issue. Where I'm in my giftcard I've redeemed and I'm trying to get the code and it doesn't do anything. I've emailed them and they weren't helpful at all. If it's not fixed I'll be leaving a bad review and uninstalling the app.

    Maybe the person who had your number before had cashwalk. Or if its a wifi number I don't think it will work.

    I had the same problem asked me to verify who I was with my phone number then said they already had it the system but kept asking for my phone number.  Crazy. I just want things back like it use to be. I use to claim my $5 gift any time I got the points but now I can't even get a $10 gift card. I told so many people about this app but now I don't tell anyone about it anymore.

    Same thing happened to me, found the code in my spam folder, maybe check that?

    Did you check that the rewards are for your region. You can check when you go to the rewards tab; you should see a flag in the top right corner. If it’s not your country click on it and set to your region.

It might also be that you put in the wrong number
