Has anyone actually heard back from customer support about the gift card redemption issue everyone is having?

nope , I redeem a Wal Mart gift card on may 28 but can't seem to get anything but a support team error now

I've been redeeming cards for months without issues but now it's telling me I've hit my daily limit even though it's been 2 weeks since I redeemed a card.  
Don't think I'd stick with the app if I was having issues that long. 

No response
