Unable to redeem my ,$5 gift card

Please advise why I m unable to redeem my points and get $5 gift card?

    I can’t redeem either and no way to contact them, my account has been blocked for security reasons it says. There is no option in the app to talk to anyone. I emailed them and I am still waiting on an answer.

    I have the same issue. I don’t know why my account have been suspended. It said due to the security issue. I have no idea what the security issue impact my account to make me unable to reward a gift card. I have contacted the Support Team, but they don’t still provide me a response to fix it
