Same thing they suspended my account, I think they are hiding us.

I have the same issue. I don’t know why my account have been suspended. It said due to the security issue. I have no idea what the security issue impact my account to make me unable to reward a gift card. I have contacted the Support Team, but they don’t still provide me a response to fix it
