My leg workout routine

I do some taekwondo and here are some leg workout we do:

 

  1. Hamstring stretches(stretches in general like splits, reaching your toes etc.)
  2. Squats 
  3. Jumping jacks
  4. Running
  5. Agility ladder
  6. Stretching kick(leg straight and kick as high as you can)
  7. Front snap kick
  8. Roundhousekick
  9. Back kick
  10. Back spin hook kick
  11. Tornado kick 
  12. Jumping roundhousekick
  13. Jumping front snapkick
  14. Side kick
  15. Axe kick

For the kicks we normally do 10 per foot

    Are any of these moves something a beginner, I mean a very green beginner, could do?

       The back kick, backspin hook kick and tornado kick are a little bit difficult to learn properly but the rest should be doable for beginners.
