My leg and stomach fat routine ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Ž

For my routine I start off with stretching 

-reach your toes

-quad stretch

-lung forward and back

then i go in with the workout

-flutter kicks

-russian twists

-squats

-backward lunges

-running for 30 min

-bicycles

-jumping squats
