Cannot Verify my Acct When Trying to Redeem a Reward

I cannot ferify my account when trying to redeem a reward. Instead of texting a code to me, the app calls my phone with the code instead. When I get the code and I attempt to enter it, the code doesn't work. When I get the phone call it tells me to enter a # after the code but it doesn't allow me to. 

 

Please help!

    It was better when it text us I never had any issues but I’ve been trying to redeem and I get the code in plenty of time but says I didn’t I’ve had Cashwalk’s for a long time but about to delete it soon as I use the gift card I already have. I will find a different walking app
