Can’t redeem my points!

I currently have 10,500 points and I'm trying to redeem it for a gift card. It tells me that they need to verify and send a code but when I put in my phone number, it tells me it can't send it. I can't find any tech-support to contact what I'm very concerned about this because I've worked hard and I would really hate to think this is a scam. Does anyone have any suggestions
