Keto Diet Question

I realize this is a bit of a strange question, but it's bugged me for a bit. Here goes nothing.

If fried chicken which is pretty oily and fatty more keto friendly than, say, baked chicken.

(I realize that fried chicken is not particularly good for you, so I don't need to be told that. :) )

Fried chicken would have flour which is a carb and with keto you are supposed to avoid carbs such as fruit so unless it would be simply dipped in the fat with no flour it'd go against the keto diet

What if was covered in almond flour?

Again, this is compared to something prepared similarly (covered in almond flour) but baked (a la Shake 'n' Bake).

Why not try almost flour instead to coat the chicken. I believe that it more keto diet friendly.

      Yes, that makes sense.
