Does anybody else feel dizzy and lightheaded whilst exercising on the keto diet ????

    Yes. It can be a sign of low blood sugar but it can also be your body adjusting to a new fuel source. Be aware and make sure you are drinking water and getting electrolytes.

    I know my partner complained about that when she first started it. You might need to lower the intensity of your workouts until your body adjusts to the new lifestyle and nutrition habits. 🤔

      I wish I could lower the intensity of my workouts, but I think the military might disagree with me.

    My friends said the same when he was telling us what kind of diet he is doing. But drink  planty of wather and you will get used to the new situation.
