Did a little searching and it seems that it's acceptable to not count calories in the keto diet. I'm new to keto diet, so take it with a grain of Himalayan salt 😅
I like meat, especially beef. I cannot feel full without taking carbohydrates at first. So, I eat lots of meat and avocado...I know I eat too much...should be fine to ignore the daily calories in keto diet, right?
